Ilaria graduated in 2009 from the Languages & Literature University of Genoa and speaks fluent English and German.
After one year studying experience in the UK and Germany, she joined a Genoese Maritime Law Firm, that introduced her to the shipping industry.
Ilaria joined P.L. Ferrari & Co. in 2011, initially she was part of the Claims Dept., mainly dealing with crew claims, and then she moved to the Insurance Dept., where she was mainly in charge for yachts’ P&I insurance and department’s back office.
In 2023 she became part of the newly formed Data Entry Dept. where , thanks to her 12 years experience in P&I , she is the key person to assist the Insurance Dept. from the due diligence up to the renewal or finalization of a new cover.
