Rossella has 39 years of experience in the marine field starting as a small tanker shipbroker trainee in London at Harris & Dixon and Eco Chartering in Genoa. She then entered the amazing world of heavy lift projects as a shipbroker at Intermare Agenzia Marittima Srl. In November 1987, she had the opportunity to participate in the foundation of a new P. & I. Insurance Broker Company in Genoa called Panditalia Spa. She worked there until 2004 when she happily joined the PL. FERRARI & Co family as Deputy Manager in the Entries, Certification, and Account department
