Roberto Cramarossa Joined P.L. Ferrari in 2004. Prior to joining he received his Diploma in 1991 at the technical Institute of Tourism in Genova. He spent a year in Rome for the Military before working for some Local firms. Roberto then joined Panditalia in 1994. Upon his employment in Panditalia, he spent 3 months working in the accountancy department before then moving to the Claims Department. Initially he specialized in Container/Liner Claims however after 6 months he was dedicated on all P&I and FDD Claims. In 2004 P.L. Ferrari merged with Panditalia and he then went on to become and executive handler. Roberto has matured over 30 years of experience in the management of Claims and in 2019 he became one of the department Managers.
