Michela Larosa Joined P.L. Ferrari in 1990. Before she joined, she studied to be an administrative secretary for 5 years. She received her diploma in 1989 where she then became a secretary for P.L Ferrari. From 1990 until 2004 she was working as a secretary for the Claims Department. She then officially became a Claims Handler in 2004 working solely on P&I Claims with a specialization in Cargo Claims. As of right now she is still working in the claims department and also covers our clients accounting side.
