Gary Field joins us as Lockton PL Ferrari’s Chief Commercial Officer having been at Steamship Mutual P and I Club for 35 years.

Gary joined the Club from college in 1991, originally as a cargo claims adjuster. He moved on to manage crew and injury claims, predominantly in the American jurisdiction before becoming the Director for the Personal Injury Department.

In 2005 Gary was appointed as Director of Underwriting for the Americas and in 2018 he was appointed as the Chief Underwriting Officer for the Club. He was made a Partner of the Clubs management team in 2009.

Gary has held positions on a number of International Group sub committees including Personal Injury and Compulsory Insurance.
