Alena joined our team at P.L. Ferrari & Co srl in 2013 as a trainee after the first level Master’s program in Maritime and Transport Insurance at the University of Genova (2013-2014). Now she is the Head of the Entries, Certification, and Accounting Department. She is dedicated to assisting all type of PLF clients providing them with efficient solutions to ensure the proper functioning of the insurance program chosen by them. She leads her work team and helps the group contribute to PLF growth and organisational change. In 2005, she graduated in Law from the Saratov State Academy of Law, in Russia and worked one year as a customer care specialist at Renaissance capital Bank / Moscow, dedicated to full range of customer care, accounting and complaints handling.
